Go to www.marshalltowncommunitycollege.org Click on “Apply!” then click on “Additional Opportunities” then click on the appropriate “Phyllis Perry Hulton Scholarship” application. Some of the items that you will need to apply are 1) A High School or College Transcript 2) A 150-500 word essay 3) A picture of you.
